On the media ...

First, this interview with Barbara Nicolosi has been posted a bunch already, and for a good reason, it's really good. So read it and think about it. I think it's dead on. Imagine Catholic filmakers (or writers or musicians) who were skilled in their craft, dedicated to God, and not afraid to let people know it. Why can't we use the popular media to spread the Gospel? Though it would be a tough fight to stay true, it would be worth it to take the Hollywood empire and use it for God.

Second, I am very much down with theCatholic rap group Point 5 Covenant. Check out this video, it's a good song. Also, download "The SMU Song" from their site. It's a funny song about his college that's catchy and probably pretty relevant to many colleges.
