What not to do in church.

The Ironic Catholic has some suggestions. Here are my favorites:
1. If you have your cell phone on, changing the ring tone to "Joyful, Joyful We Adore Thee" for Mass time doesn't cut it.

7. Kneeling etiquette: once done, sit back S L O W L Y to avoid slamming your back into someone's folded hands.
And here are a few of my own:

- If you aren't going to sing, please don't stare at the people who are.
- We all shake hands after the priest says to give the sign of peace, not as soon as he starts saying it.
- Talking in the back of the church during mass is the same as talking anywhere in the church during mass.

Anyone else?

- allow the servers to get to the front after Mass. Don't just push them aside to get to your car.
- don't read the catholic register (or any other newsletter) during the Mass.
- don't let your kids run throughout the church.
