My time at home has been great.
I came home on Tuesday afternoon and hung out with my family and some friends that evening.
On Wednesday my sister and I traveled to my brother's school to pick him up. We did that, came home, did some Thanksgiving dinner preparation and hung out with friends.
Then, Thanksgiving Day: Just lots of getting ready. One highlight was taking my dog for a gigantic walk so that he would be too tired to be crazy when our relatives arrived. We went around the old golf course and then discovered the awesome new city park. Dinner was also good with lots of good food and visiting with family.
On Friday I hung out at home most of the day, went to Mass at my home parish and went to see some friends in the evening/night.
Today, besides being at home, I saw Fantastic Mr. Fox with my siblings and our friends and then met up with some other friends for hot chocolate and Community and The Office.
Tomorrow, I'm going to go to the Masses in my parish placement for the summer.
Then on Monday we have the big Year for Priests celebration Mass/me and two other seminarians being admitted to Candidacy.
Later!
