A Canadian earthquake hundreds of miles away caused buildings to move in the downtown business district and forced the evacuation of the Jefferson County Courthouse Wednesday afternoon.Jefferson County Commissioner Thomas Graham ordered courthouse employees to evacuate their offices after fourth floor workers reported pictures falling from the walls and the floors moving.
