I first learned the Angelus at Franciscan University of Steubenville. I didn't go there but I worked there over many summers and had the opportunity to go to daily Mass on campus. The Angelus is prayed right at noon before Mass.
Here at St. Vincent, our rector often leads us in the prayer before formation conferences or seminars.
