returned

It's been crazy. There was the last week of classes, my friend's diaconate ordination, finals and graduation. It went fast.

Once I got home, I headed out on a backpacking trip with my bishop, two priests and two seminarians. I enjoyed the trip, though it was exhausting. However, since I got back, I've been sick with a parasite I caught somewhere in the woods. After a couple of hospital trips, I've got the right medicine and should be over it in a couple of days. Just in time to get ordained on Saturday!

Please say a prayer for me to be ready for Saturday.

What a wonderful two days... witnessing your priestly ordination yesterday, and then your first Mass at St. Peter's today. What a blessing you are to so many!

Many congrats, Father! It's been a joy to see you move through discernment and formation on this blog. Peace and blessings always.
