As I've said, I love notebooks and the interesting ways people have come with to use them to organize their lives. I've recently started using an "analog" (paper) planner alongside of Google Calendar because of how easy, fast and portable it is to use. When deciding who is going to celebrate which daily masses, it's much easier to get it planned on paper than by creating dozens of events on my phone's calendar.
My notebook of choice right now is the Moleskine 18 month planner. It has the days of the week on one side and a blank notebook page on the other (for the to-do lists I am constantly writing).

Talk to Jamie about a PLANNER! Maybe your 18 month one will work. I use the Ecclesiastic calendar planner that lays open flat by my phone - my pastor gets them for me every year when he orders because I'm on his team :)
