"Sister Winter" by Sufjan Stevens. I recommend ignoring the creepy sugary sweetness of the video and just listening to the song.
This is one of my favorite Sufjan songs. Though it seems to be a "regular song," it does appear on his Christmas album and seems indirectly Christmas-related.
