I was walking from the dining hall to my room today with my backpack on.
A monk passed by one of the other seminarians and I as we entered our building and said:
"You have all your knowledge in there [pointing to my bookbag],
it should be in your head."
...
I have no idea what that means.
Just thought I'd share and see if any of you had an idea ...

Maybe he thought you were some young punk.. or not.
No really he probably meant to say like "learn your stuff and you won't have to lug all that heavy crap around"
