Unsilenced!

Our silent Day of Recollection is over. It was quite good. Bishop Rhoades (makes me think ro-ads. Nevermind) gave some really good conferences on the mysteries of Jesus' life and how they relate to the priesthood. It showed me a lot of things I hadn't thought of before.

Anyway, there are several things I wanted to post on here so I'm going to get going with that ...

... right now.

God in the Streets of NYC - Watch this video. Three words can describe it: vocations video masterpiece. It's inspiring, exciting and relevant. This is the kind of thing we need to promote the priesthood.

1984, First Draft - a bit of protestant parody. I just thought it was a funny idea because I'm sure many people on the far left probably believe this could happen. In the end, the Church and Christianity in general shouldn't mix with government.

Musum Pontificalis - The Pope's blog ... well, not really. This is the blog of a caricature of the Holy Father named Papa Ratzi. It's pretty funny and doesn't bash the Pope at all. It's what might happen if the Pope could say anything he felt like saying. Viva Il Papa!

Nutrigrain Ad - This will never cease to be funny.
