John Lennon and me
An interesting bunch of memories of John. I used to be a huge Beatles fan. I still am, I guess, I just don't listen as much as I used to. However, no matter what music I get into, or how infrequently I am in a "classic rock mood" (if you can even classify that band like that), The Beatles were brilliant.
Just listen to Sgt. Pepper's or Abbey Road or even "The White Album." There has never been another band like them. Yeah ... they got weird at some points and maybe even a little pretentious, but they defined rock music, at least for me. And I'll always appreciate it.
