Requiem for a Parish ...

An article in First Things by Emily Stimpson.

St. Stan's is where my grandparents went to Church for a long time. That church and my church, St. Peter's, are a combined parish. My family goes to St. Stan's from time to time. When I was in high school we would go there for mass on saturdays during football season because it was a little earlier and we had to show up at the school early for marching band.

It's a great little church with a lot of history.
