We have a free weekend this weekend, so after class tomorrow, I'll be heading home to Steubenville.
There I will hang out, go to the Festival of Praise on saturday, and hang out some more.
Also, I will listen to some sweet music that I've been getting into lately:
The Black Parade by My Chemical Romance - Mix together Pink Floyd, Queen, and a bunch of screamo and you might be able to imagine this album. It's kind of dark (and there is a bit of swearing, if you listen hard) but on the whole, it's awesome. Very awesome. My favorites are "This Is How I Disappear," "Welcome to the Black Parade," "Mama," and "Famous Last Words." These guys are way better than the way that they're stereotyped to be.
Live at Folsom Field - Boulder, Colorado by Dave Matthews Band - I know, I know ... it's "Dave." How can I like "Dave"? Well, the CD's pretty good. I bought it at a used CD store so no pro-abortion people get any money, just so you know, and, if you give it a chance, the music is quite good.
Live at Leeds by The Who - Awesome concert by one amazingly cool band. It's a good mix of some not so popular songs with cool singles and long tracks featuring instrumental jams. And it's all great.
Joe Cool's Blues by Wynton and Ellis Marsalis - Some very cool jazz music based on the kind found on Charlie Brown cartoons. Relaxing, but still very good and fun to listen to.

yours truly will be engaging the organ at St. Pius at 4pm on saturday if you would so desire to hear him attempt to incorporate the pedals... hahahah i suck with pedals. don't come, it'll be bad.
I just love The Black Parade.
Came across your blog whilst googling for non-Catholics who had taken Catholic orders. Kinda got sidetracked onto St. Edmund Campion that way!
Sorry I missed it Chris! That would have been cool to see, though, I'm sure I'll hear you sometime.
The Black Parade is awesome ... good luck with that search. I'm not quite sure what you were looking for, but if it brought you here, then it must be good.
