The free weekend was a good time. I went home on friday and hung out with my family, and then went out with Josh to a party his friend was having. There was an awesome game of telephone pictionary and some good cookies.
On saturday, I slept in, played with my dog, and then went to mass. After mass I headed up to FUS for the Festival of Praise. First off, it was cool because MikeR, Greg, MattL, JoeB, Kristina, and Karen from Mount Union came down. Also, MikeP, a seminarian from Erie that goes to St. Vincent came. Then, of course, the FOP was awesome on its own. The band is great, the leaders are good, and God shows up. At the end of the FOP, Br. Jonathan (who was here on thursday), announced that there were two seminarians from St. Vincent's there and had us raise our hands ... in front of a totally packed gym. Hilarious.
We hung out for a while afterwards and I finished the night by going to Josh's with my sister to watch part of Over the Hedge.
So, back at St. Vincent, I've spent the day studying for an Ancient & Medieval Philosophy Test tomorrow. Yay! Aside from Scheduling on wednesday, this week should be uneventful. I have this test and then a paper due for Philosophical Anthropology on Friday. Double yay!
Later!
